Ricky Gervais directs and stars in this film set in an alternate world-where no-one knows how to lie! Everyone tells the truth and says exactly what they're thinking ALL THE TIME! When Gervais' character discovers that he can say something 'that isn't', he uses this talent to steal money by claiming he has loads in his bank account. Later on, of course, it causes him problems in his relationship, but if you want to know more, just watch the film! It is only 95 minutes long anyway! It's a funn...

In this 2008 comedy, Jim Carrey stars as a bank worker who joins a cult that forces himto answer 'yes' whenever he is asked a question, which leads to him being dropped into many uncomfortable situations, but helps him to meet Zooey Deschanel, the girl of his dreams. It's very funny, charming, and probably Carrey's 2nd or 3rd best film, after A Series of Unfortunate Events and of course, the modern classic Bruce Almighty
