Based on the hugely popular novel by Kathryn Stockett, this beautifully made film will make you cry, laugh and want to start a riot. The actors really want to be there and are proud of what they are saying and doing. Every detail, from the costumes to the music, has been made by caring hands belonging to people who feel so passionately about the artwork they are involved in the painting of that their passion rubs off onto you, even if you watch no more than 30 seconds of the film. I urge every mother, father, son and daughter to watch this, and believe me, you WON'T be disappointed.
My new Best Picture favourite, this is by far one of the best motion pictures of 2011.
